Officer Paramhans Desai Henry County Hero From Henry County Police Department: We are profoundly sad to announce that Henry County Police Officer Paramhans Desai passed away earlier this evening after succumbing to injuries he sustained last week in the line of duty. Officer Desai was surrounded by his family when he passed at approximately 9:55 p.m. this evening, and is survived by his wife and two young children. Officer Desai was a respected member of the Henry County Police Department and an integral member of the Henry County Government family. First and foremost, he was a devoted husband and father. Through this devastating loss, Officer Desai continues to serve, even in his passing, by donating multiple organs which will save numerous lives. Please continue to keep Officer Desai’s family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult and sad time.
