Minkowski's linguistic anguish is given its very own episode and is a clear throughline of her character, but half the time someone mentions Hilbert they do a terrible impression of a Russian accent, and in fact his voice actor is doing a terrible impression of a Russian accent. Hera's disability is handled with care and nuance by the narrative, but the main thing we know about Pryce is how gross and nasty her accessibility aids are. It would be one thing for the characters who are their enemies to react in this way, but the narrative itself is stacked in this way, and it expects complicity from the listener ("it's a horrible moment for everyone, especially the audience").
