Ingredients: 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste. Juice of 1 lemon. 1/2 cup chicken broth.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Some dried oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper should be mixed together in a small bowl with olive oil. Make sure that the chicken thighs are evenly covered with the herb mixture by rubbing it on them. In a baking dish, put the chicken thighs. Add lemon juice to the chicken. Put chicken broth in the baking dish's bottom. Warm the oven up and put the chicken in it. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the skin is golden and crispy. If you want, you can serve it hot and top it with fresh herbs.
