                                        crumbling structures surround her in the white-coloured world she stands in, casting deep red shadows across the ground. she’s used to this sight, perhaps too used to seeing the blinding whites and contrasting reds of the dream world she stands in. sharp eyes turn to the black-haired figure sat a short ways away from where she stands.

                                        herself.

                                        this is familiar. the self that sits before her is never the one to speak out, not moving lest another trapped in this world- her mind- moves to attract her attention. seems as though it’s her turn this time, though. 

                                        she’s impatient, always has been, and always speaks immediately upon facing her other self- this time, though, something compels her to pause, to see what the woman before her intends to do.

                                        she waits.

15. kiss in the rain

     like the cat he is on the inside, his displeasure     is blatant  upon  his  soaked  face.  pressing a      hand to his face in an attempt to wipe the rain     dripping into his eyes.

           but at last, he has  to  breathe  so  he pulls away.           eyelashes heavy with  raindrops,  his eyes flicker           over adam. then, indignantly, he snorts && walks           ahead briskly;;

Haru was definitely puzzled when her azure optics spotted the sight of a female climbing off the vehicle with the rest of the Scepter Four workers. The female that climbed up seemed anxious and puzzled as well, as if questioning why she was brought here in the first place. That was definitely odd, for all of the other Strains apprehended had expressions of hatred and/or ignorance whenever they arrived.

This female had no expression like that. 

Haru seemed to dismiss it for the time being, allowing the group huddle together and enter the outer territory of the HQ with the female as captive between them. She was about to follow in after them but azure blue optics locked with what looked like fuchsia tinted eyes. And behind them, Haru could make out the strong feeling of fear and confusion.

Before she could open her mouth, the group had already filed in and the captive was already out of sight. Haru's expression contorted with concern for the female as she leisurely moved from her spot to accompany the group to the prison.
