tina  was  grateful,  if  not  slightly  guilty  about  relishing  in  someone  else's  misery,  that  there  was  a  person  who  understood  exactly  what  she  was  going  through.  she  missed  mike,  off  in  chicago  dancing  his  way  into  probably  fifty  girls  &  guys  hearts.  she  knew  that  romeo  also  missed  jesse.  he  was  even  farther,  out  in  los  angeles.  she  had  texted  him  earlier  in  the  week,  asking  if  they  could  meet  up  at  some  point.  maybe  it  would  help  them  both,  just  to  talk  about  it.  she’s  sitting  in  a  chair  at  the  starbucks  in  the  middle  of  both  of  their  schools  (  about  an  hour  away  for  each  of  them  ),  sipping  on  a  chai  &  scrolling  through  her  phone  while  she  waits  for  him.
