grew up in an upper middle class family that definitely tried way too hard while also trying to “stay grounded”. worked at the resort every season from 16-23. subsequently picked up a few bad habits there. grew out of the resort, but not the habits. landed in rehab a couple times because of it. sobriety didn’t quite stick for good until his girlfriend told him she was pregnant. slowly worked on turning his life around and he’s (mostly) got it all under control. except he’s basically a single parent and struggling to figure out what to do with his life.

Waiting for Louise to meet him at the Royal buffet was torture. Not really, but he had to just talk to someone. Even if he did feel like she could be someone important in his life, even if talking about them with her would complicate things more. He just needed to forget and if he ignore what he could have been with Louise? Well he would be the only one to know. 

Humming he tried to distract himself, the phone was out of the question with Mako’s texts still on his mind. Catching sight of a familiar body Slightly grinned as he raised his hands in a wave. He snorted at the rude comment he heard behind him but didn’t let that bother him.
