Officially open on 18 December 2007, our newest four star junk will set the standard for services and amenities on the bay. Fitted out in the 1930′s Indochine style, the Halong Jasmine will feature 22 spacious cabin, restaurant, lounge and two special Jasmine Suites with their own jacuzzi & balcony for uninterrupted views of the bay. Enjoy the intimacy of a small party within the space of Halong Bay’s largest cruise junk. A lengthy 55 meters from bow to stern and measuring an impressive 11 meters wide, Halong Jasmine can accommodate 80 passengers at any one time across four luxurious decks, with an overnight capacity of 48. The attention to detail and quality of design is apparent in every inch of this newly-built junk, artfully marrying space, rich 1930s Indochina-style wooden décor and exquisite ornamentation throughout its air-conditioned bedrooms, restaurant, bars and communal spaces.

Day 1: Hanoi – Halong (180km) (L/D)
08:00: Depart from Hanoi for Halong. Pick up at hotel. 10: 00: Having a short break in the middle way (30 minutes) 11:30:
Enjoy a warm welcome aboard the Halong Jasmine, and sit back and drink in the spectacular vista during our passage into this magical bay. Once lunch has been served and taste buds and tummies thoroughly satisfied, we weigh anchor near a secluded beach.
Take a short trek to a nearby summit to enjoy the panoramic view of the bay with Jasmine’s golden sails arcing elegantly against the skyline before splashing down for a swim, or recline on Jasmine’s wicker sun loungers on our expansive wooden sundeck.
Later that afternoon, we visit a local fishing village where you have the opportunity to interact with some of the more colorful locals who have lived and fished in the bay for almostthree generations.
At sunset, slip into a kayak or board a bamboo row boat to explore water tunnels and discover pristine coral reef in a scenic lagoon setting.
Once back on board the ship, watch the shimmering sun slip down the sky as you sip expertly-blended cocktails as an aperitif for Jasmine’s extravagant evening meal.
Day 2: Halong – Hanoi (180km) (B/L)
Greet the new day with some Tai Chi exercises as the sun rises once more over the bay. Enjoy an elegant continental breakfast before we visit a beautiful limestone grotto to admire its many unique rock formations. Then it’s back to the boat to form your final lasting impression of HalongBay’s awe-inspiring beauty as we cruise back to the dock. 11:00: Check out and transfer back Hanoi.

Welcome on board and set sail through Bai Tu Long bay while seafood lunch is served. Rest your eyes on the azure waters of this magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons’ teeth, passing picturesque area around Mat Quy islet, Am islet. Mid-afternoon, get to Cua Van fishing village and enjoy a pleasant bamboo boat row to through the village with a museum and a school among floating homes. Visit Tien Ong cave then back on board to enjoy sunset cocktails and canapé. Dinner is served on board
Day 2: Halong (B/L/D) Boarding luxury day boat, the Halong Sunset to cruise to the bay’s most untouched areas, deep in Lan Ha bay. Take a light bike along the coast, through rain forest to Viet Hai village. Enjoy your lunch served on board while your guide explains more about Halong culture and its rich natural beauty. In the afternoon visit fishing villages and kayaking around Ho Ba Ham area before anchoring for the night.
Day 3: Halong – Hanoi (B/L) Start the day early to enjoy a Tai Chi class on top deck with an opportunity to admit the magnificent scenery of sunrise over the sea. After that, guests can choose to go to Soisim beach for swimming or join our chef for cooking demonstration to learn more about Vietnamese cuisine art. On the way back, take deep cruise into Bai Tu Long bay, passing Peal Farm, Phao Dai islet, Tam Cung cave, Hon Xep islet , Dau Moi temple, opportunity to cruise through famous L’Indochine movie site (subject to tide condition). Enjoy buffet brunch on board before arrival to the dock. 11:00: Check out and transfer back Hanoi.

These are cruise policies for Cruise:
Cancellation by Customer:
More than 15 days prior to check in: 10% of total tour price.
From 14 to 3 days prior to check in: 50% of total rates.
Less than 3 days prior to check in: 100% of total rates.
No show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation policy due to bad Weather:
All cruises in Halong Bay must have permit from Management Board of Halong Bay to stay overnight in the Bay.
Based on the weather conditions (high winds, monsoon, thunderstorm, cyclone, storm,…), the Management Board has the right to cancel all overnight cruises on certain day to guarantee the safety of tourists.
In those cases, following policies will be applied:
If the cancellation is informed before you leave Hanoi to Halong Bay (you have not used any service yet): 100% refund.
If the cancellation is informed during the trip (you have already used some services: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong,…): Only the fee of these services will be charged and we will refund whole remain amount
If the trip are cut down from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night, we will charge as 2 days/1 night trip, plus other services you have already used and refund the remain amount.
Important Notes:
The cancellation is announced ONLY by the Management Board of Halong Bay and often in short notice of time. Therefore your understandings in these situations are highly appreciated
The period from May to July is considered as storm weather in Halong Bay with many unpredictable weather conditions. Hence more cruises will be cancelled with short notice during this season.
