Adventuring on vacation is cool and all, but what about throwing down in the kitchen on vacation? Since eating out is not ideal right now, we developed a menu. Our bud Mike stole the show and made sous vide fried chicken with French toast and bacon for brunch. The chicken was so crisp and juicy, and since we didn’t have waffle ingredients, the French toast filled in perfectly. I topped it off with @mikeshothoney and the kick from the infused chilies really elevated this brunch to be far from basic!
