Here's another what I eat in a day type thing :) all vegan all delicious
• Breakfast: carrot cake oats (rolled oats, grated carrot, brown sugar, vanilla, soy milk) topped with walnut pieces and strawberries (I was very bummed about this because I've been craving nice cream for three days now and for the third night in a row, I forgot to freeze the freaking bananas. So I froze some this morning. I bet tomorrow I don't want it anymore 😂)
• lunch (in a v aesthetic box hahah): whole wheat pasta with mixed veg and tofu baked in the oven, tomato sauce, lots of nutritional yeast and some green pesto - seriously recommend, this was super easy to make and sooo good
• afternoon "snack" was a cold brew (soya vanilla) latte from starbucks because I had a long lab day and it was sunny out annnd I felt like it
• dinner before climbing: onion and chive bagel topped with avocado (+salt and pepper) and carrots with hummus
• snack after climbing: vive peanut butter protein bar (pictured is the packaging only because I couldn't wait to eat it ya know)
