I'm quitting this hoo x hogwarts series I dont wanna support jkr in anyway and I've been told that being a hater and not buying books or merch doesn't mean that I can still like the series outfront. There's no winning, I feel so sad.

ANNABETH CHASE

☆The Struggle☆

In Pjo Annabeth has been on her own since a very young age. That struggle of hers has shaped her to be the way she is, strict and disciplined.

To respect that I'm gonna go with the idea of, her and a couple other young witches and wizards ending up in the coutryside, where most of the common wizarding folk reside in America.

They grew up under the guidance of an ex Hogwarts Professor. A witch who happens to be one of the most reknowned opposers of the Dark Lord. She is very old, and is cut off from England since she beleives that Voldemort isn't dead. She is a woman of discipline , and guides these little witches and wizards into prioritizing self respect , knowledge and the art of gaining authority over others.

Basically a little Nomadic sort of Boarding school type arrangement with 11 kids in total. They had to move from town to town. They were registered as a legit family under the foster care system as well- so Annabeth's gaurdian (the professor) was in fact, legal. So this is how Annabeth grows up. Quite frequently on the move, and always honing her skills that would help her surviving atrocities. Annabeth often grew up fantasizing about Defeating Voldemort herself.

☆The Lineage☆

Pure Blood

Her dad and her mom were both magic people. Their ideals didn't match, and her mom had left her at her dad's doorstep.

Annabeth doesn't dislike her dad at all, it just happens that he married a muggle who hates magicfolk. They adopted kids, hence her step brothers and sisters are muggles.

The household became very uncomfortable. Her dad had lied , and told his new wife that he was a muggle(non magic)

But little Annabeth couldn't be possibly capable of hiding her magic at such a young age. It became obvious when the glass window shattered during a heated argument between her step mom and herself.

The paranoia of her step mom, and her dad staying quiet at the abuse , forced Annabeth to flee from her own home and become an orphan.

There after she met her new gaurdian, and so started her found family.

☆The Sorting☆

SLYTHERIN!!

With her immense wisdom and bossy persona you would imagine her to be in Ravenclaw. Honestly, I imagine the sorting hat must have taken about 3 -4 minutes to get a conclusion since Annabeth is not at all by any means simple. Like Harry, she was also begging the hat to not put her in Slytherin. But;

▪︎ Her ambition is severe. Her prime aim is -to find out how Voldemort gained all these powers. And why Harry Potter lived.

▪︎ She is thoroughly judgemental. This happens to be very prevalent among Slytherins actually. It isn't necessarily a bad thing. Reading people's intentions starts out by judging the fuck out of them. So thats what she does.

▪︎She deeply hates the house she's been put in. The Professor that was her gaurdian for most of her life, was herself a Hufflepuff. Annabeth would definitely be drawn to Ravenclaws, because of how their clique is so professional and mysterious.

▪︎ On top of that, she hates Voldemort. So getting into his house was not a good start in her head.

▪︎ I imagine that Slytherins are not ALL bad. There definitely has to be a group of people that don't like being put in the box Slytherin is associated with, y'know people look at them with suspicion. Even if they genuinely are against Voldemort.

▪︎ Annabeth is leader of that little clique. Intelligent students from other houses can actually recognise how different Annabeth is. And hence she ends up being friends with a couple other Ravenclaws and Gryffindors. (Hufflepuffs in general don't take chances with Slytherins)

PERCY JACKSON

☆The Struggle☆

Percy in pjo has always been troubled. In the books its a given fact that he quite literally changed schools every single year because Shit just happened around him.

I imagine Percy to suffer no less than he does in pjo. In fact here it might increase because magic is born with the witch/wizard, so instead of waiting for his powers to show up at 11, he'd be living it since day one. So like Harry, he would instigate things that shouldn't happen - being clueless of why its happening.

ONE thing that would be different between the way Harry and Percy react to abuse is of course, that when Percy's magic hurts Gabe, he 100% meant it to happen. Ever since the first time he had made Gabe puff up like a Sea Urchin, every other accident is 100% wished upon. And he doesn't feel the slightest of remorse or regret. But Harry is seen in general to be praying to stay alive by the end of it.

Eventually for the good of both Sally and Percy, by the end of year 1 Gabe leaves the two of them, deathly afraid of the things Percy would be capable of after attending Hogwarts finally.

☆The Lineage☆

His dad was a British wizard forced to leave Sally because of Voldemort rising. He died in the first war. And Sally takes a long time to get over it. But eventually marries another wizard Paul Blofis, in 7th year of Percy's schooling in Hogwarts.

Sally(keeping shit authentic here ifykwim) knew about her husband being a wizard and the entirety of the situation that surrounded him. But because she's so terrified of how things were moving in England back then she doesn't bother going back for her writing career even after Voldemort had gone into hiding. Her son's safety is first.

She had in mind that she could keep Percy safe in America. But Voldemort's influence and followers are everywhere. Percy's dad was one of the frontier wizards that took the direct blow from Voldemort(the way the Potters did)- and had more of an opinion about Hogwarts than Ilvermorny[school of magic in America] so when Minerva Mc Gonagall personally wrote to her citing the importance of it all, mama Jackson said fuck it. My son's gonna go where he fits in.

They leave America abruptly. They didn't have much to look back on.

☆The Sorting☆

With his silent rage, sharp eyes and the ease of jumping into any sort of trouble that comes in front of him, you would expect him to end up in Gryffindor-

H o w e v e r-

▪︎His Loyalty exceeds any that Hogwarts has ever seen. He'd jump into hell for his loved one( wink wink).His kindess is top tier, and un- negotiable.

▪︎ He is such a wildcard in the Hufflepuff commonroom. You wouldn't expect a guy like him to blend in with those folk. Because of their rep being so amusingly docile. Percy would stand out.

▪︎ But trust me, he'd find people with similar idealogies. He knows , being a part of that house- that Hufflepuff's aren't given enough credit. They are as mischievous, amusing and intelligent as any other house can claim to be.

▪︎ One major thing that sets Percy apart is that he's not kind enough to forgive aggressors. He WILL fuck up bullies. He mingles well with Gryffindor crowd hence.

▪︎Frequently gets into feuds with the dirty Slytherin crowd. The moment he hears that slur "mudblood" thrown in the Great Hall, his friends from his house stand up to hold his scary ass back from punching faces in.

OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDD YES. YES YES YES. you are so right that he would have little to no prior knowledge, but be SOOOO SUPPORTIVE. You have the most loving supportive got your back always himbim boyfriend of all time. It's really cute too because when you come out to him you're probably freaking out for all the normal totally understandable reasons, and Leo can TELL you're real stressed about whatever you're trying to tell him. Like he thinks something is WRONG. so when you tell him, however you tell him, he gets almost distracted from worrying by what he processes as "the good news" of you coming out to him. Not because one gender is better or more preferred than any other, but because YOU feel safe enough around him to be your true self. So he hugs you and kisses you and his mind is already jumping 7300000 steps forward to places like "hey I'll help you with like.... uh..... fluid irrigation systems after you chop your titties off. Like, if you wanna chop them off. Either way. All cool. I can um.... hold on, let me scribble down an idea for a hydraulic dick before I forget it-" before he snaps out of it and is like

"woah let me put a pin in that because you're more important. What did you wanna tell me baby? I'm all ears, I'm here for you."

and you just kinda look at him like... that. the whole actually not my assigned gender thing. And Leo, who has spent his whole life dealing with disastrous worst case scenario after life altering horror, looks RELIEVED that it's not something bad. He lets out this breathy chuckle of relief, and his shoulders drop, and his eyes crinkle as he pulls you in for a hug and several kisses. And he cradles your face, nuzzles into your neck and kisses your cheeks and nose and lips.

"Hey, it's all good mam- or. uh... all good, papi." he chuckles, tentatively trying out the new pet name to see how you like it. "that means we can share clothes now, right? yeah! so we'll get some... baby name books, and make a night out of it."

and if you get so relieved that you cry (totally valid btw I would too) he seems...

again. It actually takes him a minute to realize WHY you were so worried about coming out to him, that so many trans people have... very different receptions from people around them. And he gets PISSED. but thankfully his adhd meds haven't kicked in yet, so he bounces away from that thought real fast to something much more exciting. now you two get to make out in the men's room together <3

Concept idea;

High asf/drunk asf Leo comes over to your house(ya'll live close so he didnt have to drive). And he has done this a couple times already.

What you two often end up doing, is that you take care of him, and you two talk for hours on the end. Leo when hes drunk/high- I imagine-is a lot more open than he is when he's sober. As in he usually waits people to say something and then brew jokes out of situations that are currently happening, but when drunk/high; he becomes lose enough to freely share his thoughts whether anyone care or not.

His rants can range from random to profound. He kinda sounds like he just woke up every single time. He becomes clingier too- but never crossing the line. As in, leaning in if you caress his hair, laying his head on your shoulder/leaning on you, playing with your hand etc.

You find yourself terrified when he shows up like that the very first time. And you'd keep calling Piper to like, have an idea of how to deal w a heavily drunk/high asf man. But he genuinely is not a threat like at all.

And he's not an addict, i mean it happens across months. I don't think any of the demigods would be addicts to anything, just that Leo needs to chill down some hard days.

So like when this happens you end up feeling even more at ease as you are around him normally. You can talk to him about anything when hes like this. And the conversation would vanish in his memory- is what you assume. Leo never talks about the stuff ya'll have chatted about when he's the only one intoxicated, hence the assumption. (Yeah, lets assume have zero to very minute experience w substances)

You know magic happens when a drunk person chats with a sober one.

He says shit that messes with your head for weeks on the end, that you would never forget he revealed. He says things that border on a confession; but aren't exactly it.

As in,

"You....make me...feel..more free..if that makes any fuckin sense at all.."

"The way we ...talk?...is like..how I picture to be...like,...yknow...when I'm imagininh shit and ..making shit up in my head I always...think of how we talk...cause I love it like that"

Babe you are my personal little BRAIN WORM because how are we both thinking about this exact thing. 

It’s one of his favorite party tricks. Leo will flambe EVERYTHING for you. Even when it really does not require flambeing. Your kitchen looks like this on a daily basis just because he thinks it’s fun. He doesn’t even put the pan back on the stove one he pours in a shot or two of bourbon or whiskey or triple sec. He just holds it up, taps the surface, and FWOOSH. You start associating the taste of dealcoholized warm nutty spirits and that delicious lingering smoke with everything he makes. With him. And it’s not just flambeing either. Leo will also make you creme brulee pretty much whenever you want. It’s really funny too, because instead of carefully torching the sugar on top until it’s caramelized and hardened, he’s done it enough times where now he covers the dish with one hand, lights that hand on fire, and shakes it around like he’s making a cocktail. And it never ever fails to make you laugh. Which makes him laugh. And the cycle continues. And you never knew the smell of burning sugar could taste so sweet.

If I've never mentioned this it's important for you to know that Leo ALWAYS. and I mean ALWAYS carries something to ensure your hair is safely tied back before he goes all human torch. Doesn't matter what style or texture or length you have. He has hair ties, scrunchies, headbands, claw clips, even a durag or bonnet or bandana or headscarf or anything of that nature. just something to keep your hair back safely. He ALWAYS takes such good care of you and realistically worries about you not being fireproof a LOT more than you do lol.)
