"Soren. There you are," he spoke casually, as if he hasn't been searching for him this whole time. "Where have you been?"

Having looked for the Commander for a long while, Soren seemed shocked to see him. Embarrassed by the unintentional emotion he looked away, only turning to face him again once he had calmed down.

"…I should be asking you the same question. I’m not the one who goes running off without letting anyone know.”

  A face he wasn't familiar with? Now that was certainly an unusual concurrence for the young mage; after all, it was his job to converse, look over, and keep track of everyone in camp. Perhaps it was someone from town.

  "Salutations, sir. Is there something I can assist you with?"

True Blue Fools || Hector, Ike & Chrom

Considering the amount of tension that seemed to have sprung up between the three lords, or perhaps just between Chrom and the two lords, Hector for a change of pace had come up with the bright idea of having the three meet and speak with one another peacefully. 

Though he wasn't entirely sure how it worked, he knew that the three of them each had a large influence on the land of their origin.

Having agreed with the others to meet in a nearby town, Hector waited. He hadn't been there for very long, but his impatience led him to believe it had been hours. 

Recognizing the men as they finally approached, the Marquess of Ostia set down the piece of bred he'd been munching on to pass the time.

"About time you two showed."

"Ah, Shinon. It’s nice to see you again." It was hard to tell if he meant that or not. "The others have already left. Why? Were you looking for them?"

"W...What!? What do you mean everyone else has left!?"

"Is this some sort of sick joke to you, Ike? Do you find it funny forcing me to stay by your side? Because I'll tell you something. It's not."
