Weeks had passed, almost in the twitch of an eye, before Q made his grade appearance on the bridge of the Enterprise existing in the plane he had come to quietly recognize as The Hole. In a flash of brilliant, blinding light he appeared before the senior staff of the ship, dressed sharply in his admirals uniform (as only befitted a man in his greatness, were he mortal...or even male).
"Ah, mon capitaine! So good to see you; I hope I haven't kept you waiting too long? Time, I am told, passes differently for me."

Once again, sleep couldn't find the woman; a restlessness taking hold. Sighing deeply, Quinn pushed herself out of bed, still fully clothed in her uniform. Deciding on taking a walk throughout the ship, she quickly left her quarters and entered in the hallway.
Making her way to the elevator, she waited for the sound to signify she could enter. Her mind was cloudy and full of different things, keeping her unaware to the rest of the world.
The elevator doors slide open abruptly, startling her from her trance. Eyes landing on the other inhabitant, she sent him a small smile. "Captain. I didn't expect you to still be awake."
