23: what’s something you hope people notice when looking at your art
SUCH A GOOD QUESTION! I'm always hoping that people will notice certain imagery or note the smaller details that I added to a piece, so when it does happen, I'm all :^)))))) !!

What I love about them: His abiity to keep going through hardships. And though it’s really sad to think about, his ability to take on the mature father role after their parents died. He’s just a lovable nerd who deserved better...
What I hate about them: Running into the fire... Like bruh, you don’t just run into burning buildings!? Not only were you completely unprepared, you didn’t bring ANYTHING with you that could possibly help!?
Favorite Moment/Quote: That scene on the bridge at SFIT
What I would like to see more focus on: Any focus is welcome. I feel like the series skipped over perfect chances to include him one way or another.
What I would like to see less focus on: His test videos. The series is really overusing them, like.. bruh, his tests aren’t the only recordings of him that could possibly exist!? And fiction has this magical thing called “flashbacks” that you only used once in the entire series...
Favorite pairing with: Honey Lemon
Favorite friendship: Hiro

Favorite headcanon: It started out as a headcanon, but was eventually confirmed by the series. How Tadashi as we see him in the movie, is through Hiro’s eyes; aka perfect. In reality he has a lot more flaws and can get angry, discouraged, need help himself, ect.
Varian
What I love about them: He’s a walking disaster trying to improve the world, what’s not to love, lol? And once again, little shit with a good heart. I love it when he gets all excited and nerdy. I just wanna see him happy.
What I hate about them: His lack of screen time. I will never get over that.
Favorite Moment/Quote: You really expect me to pick just one, when I just wanna appreciate any scene he’s in after being ignored for an entire season.
What I would like to see more focus on: Literally anything that was set up in s1. The series build him up as this important character who was gonna play a huge part in the plot (with his dad and the brotherhood) and then the series went like... “LMAO JK!”
What I would like to see less focus on: I know it’s kind of an unpopular opinion, but I wasn’t the biggest fan of his villain arc. Or well, the way it was handled at least (and that’s all to blame on the lack of focus his character got).
Favorite pairing with: Hiro
Favorite friendship: Rapunzel

Favorite headcanon: He’s autistic/ADHD... also like to think he’s demiboy, tbh. Am I self-projecting a little? Probably...

To think that they might not come out of this fight alive is a terrifying and weighted thought, but it's no doubt on everybody's mind. The people of Corona are ready and willing to lay down their lives for their kingdom, and that's really something remarkable.
But if Varian's being honest with himself, he's not doing this just for Corona. Of course it's his home and it's important, but there are more important things at risk here. His father, his friends.
Rapunzel.
She has been through so much, and Varian knows he had a hand in some of that. Sometimes it still doesn't feel like he's done quite enough to make it up to her, so he supposes risking his life will have to do.

💎- Favorite AU? Ironically my favourite “AU” is the original plot for this series, that they decided to drop going into s2, even though s1 already set up that plot. Though, I’d probably still change some things about the original plot too, it’s at least already a good upgrade from the plot wer’re stuck with now...
💍- Would you marry anyone in the Tangled world?
🎞- Movie or Series? I honestly find it so hard to pick a fave, because if you consider the best parts of the series, yeah, I definitely prefer it over the movie, but then I remember the s3 plot exists... The series does have Varian, which the movie doesn’t, so that’s a hard plus, but then I also remember s2 ghosted him... Let’s just say, my opinion on it is a mess... like this show.
⏰- When did you join the fandom? I’ve basically always been here to some degree. At least for the series, it did take me like a year to get into the movie back in 2011.
🌈- Best moment in the entire series? Damn, as much as I rant about this show, it definitely has a lot of amazing moments too, so I don’t think I can choose just one... But anything Varian or brunette Rapunzel always stands out to me.
💥- A big a opinion you have related to the Tangled movie/series? Brunette Rapunzel is the superior Rapunzel and Disney’s just full of cowards for always finding a way to make it about her hair.
