Gaydar PSA
“Gaydar” isn’t something that a straight person can have, due to the fact that gaydar is when a gay person sees someone exhibiting signs of someone that is gay, signs that the gay person has struggled with themselves. It is not about appearance, it is about habit.
Ex. If I see a girl looking at the cheerleaders, instead of the football players, then my gaydar tells me she could be gay. Or if I notice a girl laughs uncomfortably when a straight person makes a joke about her wanting to find a boyfriend.
This sense is something that a gay person can tell through the habits and the things that someone does that the gay person has experienced themselves.
It is not based on someone’s appearance or how masculine or feminine they are.
