Places and Phases: modified
I’m at a place where I could break down at any moment. And on the other hand, I’m just one big jumble of emotions. But I must choose joy. I don’t know how, but I must trust You. I don’t know when, but I know You will show up and display Your faithfulness to me. Unlike humans, You are no mystery. You’re not hiding, You’re never afraid. You are You. And in that stability of who You are, I find rest and security, even when I am lost in a sea of confusion and sadness.
