Is there a particular smell or sensation that puts Adele off despite being an unkillable supernatural being?

Arthur, the savant guitarist, is put off by many odd textures and smells. New York City garbage juice almost put him in a coffin

I love using Adele to explore how memory works!! That is to say, certain sounds or smells will trigger things in her without her understanding why, because those memories are so many centuries back, all that remains of them are the sensory impressions. Fresh baked bread, harpsichord music and ocean air are all comforting and/or grounding sensations. Dogs barking, certain wool textures, and the scent of hemp or hay all put her on edge. She never knows why...but I do.

How many instruments can Arthur actually play? I know he is a gifted baby angel but I wanna hear more about his talents and preferences!!
