it’s DONE!!! Coming in at just under 80x90 inches, this turned out to be a monster of a project. I started it at the beginning of April, made all 1,936 hexies during shelter-in-place, and finished putting it together over the last month during quiet days at the shop. There are over a hundred different fabrics represented, vintage and new, with some only appearing on a single hexie. I think it might need to hibernate for a while before I try quilting it. (yes, I do have another EPP project I want to start.)

With the wind blowing a gale outside I have retreated to the calm of my sewing room. I am working on the last bits of the border on my hexie quilt. I am taking things gently after my long run this morning. I feel like I ran 20km. There may be a power nap happening at afternoon tea time.

#EPP It's getting bigger. So trying to tidy today #busyignoringwashingup but got totally sucked in to "The man who knew to much" on tv, classic Hitchcock movie. Doris Day is soooo good in that movie.
