Last night I was playing Phasmophobia with one of my friends, with one of her friends watching on stream, and I had to get up and put in the laundry I'd forgotten to put in earlier.
The problem is that Bug has figured out when she hears the floorboard outside my room creak, it means I have abandoned her forever and I am never ever ever ever coming back, which results in her bursting out of her little foxtail nest and screaming at the top of her tiny little lungs and generally getting herself into trouble. In an effort to avoid this, I asked my human companions to speak softly to her in my absence, hoping that a human voice telling her she's a good baby would pacify the urge to cause chaos.
I returned to find the two of them softly singing "baby shark" to her, where the lyrics morphed into "let's... hunt... ghosts doot doot doot doot" just as I returned and they ran out of normal verses, and Bug softly peeping back at them from within her nest.
