🍂 Today I woke up early to meditate & see the sunrise, tried journaling in cursive, read a little, and made a 2nd attempt at dalgona coffee (the froth is better than yesterday!). So far so good.

11/16/21 💌 this week had an unexpectedly great start! i completed 3 of my assignments, made a short reading list for my dissertation and made chicken tortilla soup. the more you do, the more you feel capable of! here's a cute place i drank my coffee in this weekend

i don't know about you, but mei just turned 22!

mei, my sunshine! thanks so much for always being a friend. we’ve known each other for at least three years now, which is crazy because i can’t believe it’s been that long but i also feel like it’s been longer. you’re always so sweet to me and you’ve been there a lot for me over these past few years. you never fail to make me smile. i hope you’ve had a great birthday and i know you’ve listened to 22 at least once by now and you can listen to it for a whole year knowing taylor is singing about you. you’re amazing and i hope you never forget that.
