Last week of preparation before the first exam, a mix of anxiety and manifesting for good things to come. Also happy Chinese New Year’s Eve ✨🐯🧧✨

🎧: big black car by gregory ….., i am simply in love with this song, such wonderful imagery
it’s weird for me to gradually realize my passion in psychology lies mostly in its stem side, while in my mental narrative, i am not fit for it. from my five subjects, two are stats courses and one a psychobiology course, and they bring a mixture of excitement and anxiety in my studying 🌾📖

hello, friends! ૮ • ﻌ - ა 🌼
i came back after a year of not posting anything, sooo much has happened in just a span of a year. i left my previous uni to chase my dream in another one. though i’m still majoring in STEM, but the environment is so much more healthier and comfortable. i’m forever grateful that i had the courage to leave and now i’m the student of a top 3 uni!!! that’s just so crazy to think.
i’m having finals this week and i’m just trying my best to get back on track again, hopefully i’ll be more consistent in posting! ^^
i hope you’re all having the best time of the year, let’s plant good seeds and water them with good intention so that they can grow into something beautiful next year! 🦋

i’ve been trying to start my day off with reading recently. december mornings are my favourite things in the world, they’re like a little time capsule sometimes, you can forget whatever else is going on for one or two hours in an empty house.
days 17 + 18 - 100 days of productivity
an hour of duolingo
two hours of french work
romeo and juliet analysis pages
biology work (!!!)
❝ that country where it is always turning late in the year . that country where the hills are fog and the rivers are mist ; where noons go quickly , dusks and twilights linger , and mid nights stay . that country composed in the main of cellars , sub - cellars , coal - bins , closets , attics , and pantries faced away from the sun . that country whose people are autumn people , thinking only autumn thoughts . whose people passing at night on the empty walks sound like rain ... ❞

Some colorful journals and my new bookshelf! Technically, it’s not new; it used to be my shoe rack for some reason, but a few days ago, I came across the realization that, perhaps, it’s much better and more convenient as a bookshelf. I’m currently waiting for more books so the middle will probably fill up and the ones at the bottom are ones I’ve read already! Honestly, in this household, we stan books. By the way, if y’all have any books to recommend, please send them my way!! It’d be much appreciated. I’ve been filling the days with cleaning, journaling, and watching videos. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I’ve really been feeling like time goes by so fast these days. I should probably start getting up early tbh. Anyways, I hope all y’all are doing well and have a relaxing weekend!! 🤍✨
