Overwatch as a game itself has no storyline stuff! The story content is outside of the game so if you wanna get invested in the story, playing the game has nothing to do w it. So feel free to stalk Blizzard for animated shorts + comics.

it’s not spoilery so much as like... idk how to explain it?? I just hate experiencing games secondhand. I guess I’m kind of a control freak in that aspect. but also the problem with watching the shorts or reading comics etc is that it will want to make me play it MORE and I have absolutely no way of doing so.

ahh thanks. I’ve been nursing gingerale. I tried ice water and it just made my stomach hurt. OTL managed to get almost one piece of toast down tho! so that’s good.

my 19 year old cat breezy has a bad tooth. he’s gone to the vet twice for it already. the first time we got pain meds and oral antibiotics that we had to give to him for like a week or something. it seemed to help but 6 months later we were back at the vet with the same problem. this time he got a shot of antibiotics and pain meds and we switched him to nothing but wet cat food. that last a year and a 4 months. his tooth was abscessed once again and he wouldn’t eat or drink and he was in pain, so we took him back and did the same thing as last time.

once again the vet said “this is a temporary fix, the only way to keep it from happening again is to pull the tooth.” the first time he went they pushed that a little more, but it was like $2000, which we could in NO WAY afford. this time he barely even mentioned it because of how old and fragile he is now. he only weighs 6 pounds, which for a cat his size is really bad. and the older they are the less likely they are to live through the anesthesia. so the “permanent fix” is just as likely to kill him as the infection.

hopefully this will give him some more time at least though. I’ve had him since I was 7, so it’s really messing me up worrying myself sick over him. this is my idiot cat I’m too bonded to.

honestly it’s been so long since I’ve played this it’s hard to remember. wish I could get the remastered version BUT MONEY. so instead of a “moment” per se I’ll pick the fucking alternate costume he has because they are RIDICULOUS. the boat is sinking. parker is injured and jill is carrying him around while chris covers them from the infected all over the boat. jill makes a comment of how they might not make it out in time and chris responds “yeah. I know. but we’re not leaving anyone behind.” like??? THE SHIP IS SINKING. YOU’RE GOING TO DIE IF YOU DON’T MOVE. and he’s just like “we’re not gonna sacrifice someone just to save ourselves.” god I love him so much he is just.

there are so many jfc but I can’t ignore the blatant innuendo when chris says “suck on this wesker” when he’s holding a fucking rpg lmfao. YOU KNOW PEOPLE SHIP THEM CAPCOM. YOU KNOW IT’S ONE OF THE BIGGEST SHIPS OF THE SERIES AND YOU THROW IN THAT LINE.

again there are a lot it’s hard to choose. excluding chapter 1 because it just doesn’t feel like chris, and most of chapter 3 because again his character feels off. so I guess I’ll go with chapter 4 when he’s piloting the jet, just because people tend to forget that he was in the air force before he joined STARS. it’s a nice little throwback.
