On the first day of the field trip, the kids loaded up onto the bus. The students had mixed feelings about the trip. Some were excited, while others were filled with absolute dread. Parent chaperones added extra tension to the situation for Stan and Kyle, as Randy and Sheila had volunteered to come along for the trip.
When Stan decided not to save Kyle from his mother’s nagging, it lit Kyle’s short fuse and caused his temper to explode. Stan ignored his friend to follow his ex-girlfriend, Wendy, on the bus, all while trying to avoid his father.
Shortly after, Bebe and Kyle entered the bus. Since Kyle’s hot temper was obvious, Wendy went to talk and sit with him, which only put Bebe and Stan in a sour mood. Wendy made an effort to reach out to Stan, both by calling out and in texts, but he ignored her, which hurt her feelings.
Away from all the drama were Craig and Clyde. The two boys decided to sit together, chill, and some of the tacos from Clyde’s bag, which fortunately are in ample supply. Cylde wondered about his roommates, and Craig dreaded rooming with Stan and Kyle.
Karen came with her brother Kenny, but she shortly left his side to say hello to her friend, Rebecca. The two decided to sit together and bond, playing Animal Crossing on the 3DSes that Rebecca brought. Rebecca believed she may have feelings for Karen that go beyond friendship.
Kenny juggled being the peacemaker and the protective brother. He saw to his sister’s needs and also went to sit by Kyle on the bus in an effort to figure out what was eating him.
Heidi, after having enough of Clyde’s flirting and pestering, went to talk with the other girls and eventually sat by Bebe on the bus.
Jenny stayed out of everything, keeping to herself for the most part, though she did have a brief interaction with Kenny while entering the bus. She sat by herself in the back.
Kevin got mixed up in Stan and Kyle’s fight to an extent when Stan asked Kevin to sit with him in order to avoid his father. Kevin agreed and sat with Stan, which resulted in them having some conversations about the aquarium and school.
The parents and Principal Wells sat up front in the bus. Sheila ran a tight ship, while Randy tried being a cool dad.
Now, the bus approaches the Westin Hotel in Denver, where they will be staying for the weekend...

Parents/guardians, are you fed up with having your child laze around the house on the weekends? And even when your child does get out, are you fed up with them getting into trouble, what with all the teenage drinking and rise of heroin use in the suburbs? When your child’s at home, he/she’s practically glued to his/her phone or computer, and when he/she does try to talk to you, he/she spouts out all this nonsense that goes right over your head (What do you mean my eyebrows are “on fleek” Billy? I think YOU need to sit down and study!).
If you find yourself facing this problem, then you need to sign your child up for a wholesome weekend of fun at the Downtown Aquarium! The best part? This trip will be covered by the school, thanks to the generous donations from the Black family! The weekend will provide your child with a Saturday trip to the aquarium, complete with a lunch at the aquarium’s restaurant, and a weekend at The Westin Downtown Denver, a four-star hotel complete with an indoor/outdoor pool and plenty of other exciting amenities!
So what are you waiting for? Sign up today and give yourself the break you deserve! Or if you miss spending time with your child, sign yourself up as a chaperone and come along for the ride! A trip at the Downtown Aquarium is guaranteed to be the bonding experience of a lifetime!
