ARENA IDEA!
Everyone goes into their games with a cat or dog which they have to look after during the games or they wouldn't get sponsors, the animals are basically cameras to record the games and the victor gets to keep all the alive animals after the games or the camera gets deactivated and given to people who pay the highest in the capitol
Everyone switch places randomly throughout the games, so people try to put themselves in danger (then the switching doesn't happens) 💀
The Victor of a certain games gets invited to redo their games with actors and they have to relive it again, and again :)
Bird box with vision and sound
Everyone loses feeling in their bodies before the games so it's impossible to know when you've been hurt (most people died of infection that year-)
Plague arena! Including plague doctor mutt
Or a illness which makes you go LITTERALLY feral and wanting to kill everyone/ everything in sight in the night
The floor is lava arena (the floor LITTERALLY becomes lava at certain points (no warning))
Cannibalism below
Little words from the past come back to haunt your future. Small lives emerge from shadows and ignite with the change around the world. Johanna Mason. The woman that played "the card" weak. The survivor of the Capitol tortures. The person that said she couldn't hurt anymore, because there is no one she loves left. Well, she was wrong. Years after the Rebellion, Johanna Mason faded behind the small words and even smaller lives. She longed for her fellow victors, and wanted another piece of their care before she died. Search after search, Johanna Mason was on her last string of life as she approached the shore of District 4. She has been here once. Years ago, with a sarcastic man that died for the thing he most truly believed in. Johanna was in his presence. "Join me Johanna," his voice said, "We can live without fears together." After letting her soul cave in, Johanna approached the water. Cool and blue. Just how she remembered it before her tortures. She stepped in, and slowly began to sink. But before she gave up all life and love, she caught a final glimpse of the Star-Crossed lovers, crazed girl and a spitting image of the voice she was about to follow, calling her name. That's when Johanna Mason's world went black.
