Everyone goes into their games with a cat or dog which they have to look after during the games or they wouldn't get sponsors, the animals are basically cameras to record the games and the victor gets to keep all the alive animals after the games or the camera gets deactivated and given to people who pay the highest in the capitol
Everyone switch places randomly throughout the games, so people try to put themselves in danger (then the switching doesn't happens) 💀
The Victor of a certain games gets invited to redo their games with actors and they have to relive it again, and again :)

All the food in the arena is made out of the bodies of the dead tributes and they only know after their games or not at all - yknow budge cuts!
Some really messed up people in the captiol collect blood from the arena after the games and drink it
could you do an arena with like a post-revolution Capitol? Like the first revolution that started the Hunger Games. It would remind the tributes that the chaos, the filth, the toxic waste could happen again if they tried to rebel again.
Year 49 is going to be a “Capitol replica” so that’s almost the same, I think. Your idea is a little different tho, and I don’t actually accept more suggestions I’ll see if I can come up with something anyway.
Year 40 could be an amusement park with killer clowns and lions and bears and man eating monkies. And all the rides work but sometimes break and it be never ending night.
I guess this is the same anon, and like I said, not taking suggestions anymore. The hospital one was a rare exception. ;)
