treats with medicine are not working for me

Instead of being incentivized to take the meds to get the treat (chocolate square), I am instead just staring sadly at the chocolate I cannot have bc I have not taken the med I don't even mind the med, the problem is that the water I need to take the med is not in the room with me like I usually have it qwq it is all the way in the kitchen where i forgot it...I have been sitting here staring at it while I do 5 other things for 4 hours

just got a charged lemonade for the first time in months, I drank like two sips and was violently thrown back to that time like two or three years ago when they first came out and I got one at a family lunch, still undiagnosed with ADHD and heavily addicted to caffeine. I drank five cups of the stuff cause I adore lemonade (abt 100-120oz) and I Felt. I just Felt So Much. I didn’t feel good or bad there was just Feeling. My body felt like it was achieving molecular fusion. My brain felt like how I imagine smoking weed feels, mixed with an overdose of Benadryl. Nearly 1500mg of caffeine hit my system over the course of maybe 45 minutes and it was the closest I have come to using hard drugs. I tasted God and smelled the Shrimp Colors. I am nowhere near that level rn but also my tolerance is significantly lower and I did just chug maybe 20oz of the stuff without hesitation. I can Feel My Organs.

umm zo like hiz outfit uzed to be alot more flazhy and fancy and royal looking and zhit but tore alot of that away after being um cough locked away, zhe duznt like hiz outfit very much but wore zhit like that becauze zhe had a royal image to uphold. if he culd wear whatever he wanyed itd be liek, emo/grunge ztuff mixed with yk vampire zhit

when umm zhe duznt hav blood for a little while the pink ztartz fading and getting like. pale idfk. when uh he duznt yk eat for like a REALLY long time he ztartz getting violent and unpredictable which muzt zuck itz prolly hard to eat when locked in a dungeon i mean what lol

zhe can um zwitch between um yk that cube/canon form and that more humanoid appearance and in both formz he can kindof juz. teleport and phaze and zhit. and like make extra handz appear
