She is rumored to be from the town of Darkmoor. She shares ancestry with Lota, the panther woman from Island of the Lost Souls.

Has one sided beef with the Cat Lady of Crooked Lane because she steals trick or treaters from her. (And turns them into cats, which she finds offensive)

Halloween Horror Nights gets Televised on Channel -1! The anomalous television program presenting the most violent, obscene, and down right disgusting content meant to make you the perfect killer!

Meet Dolly Bower!

Dolly was a regular television host. However, She made a pact with the eldritch horror, Zebyran, in order to gain power over people's minds and to run the channel station she was working for before. She had such power in her words, she could send subliminal messages to her watchers. Dolly was responsible for a small town going into a frenzy during a football watch party. She just gave the trigger words to her audience and anyone who watched her channel would immediately start killing everyone around them. That same day though, she was murdered and her body was thrown into the ocean. Zebyran would take Dolly, and turn her into its disciple, reviving her and creating Channel -1 to brainwash the masses

Antoine "Antony" Meetz, cousin and friend of Carey's own Samuel Meetz. Antoine has always been the silent type, at least, since early childhood. He enjoys playing the masked mascot "Meaty Meetz," as it gives him the opportunity to play a role he otherwise never feels comfortable playing. Friendly, outgoing, and generally less socially awkward. It's just that without the mask he can't seem to muster the urge. He freezes up. Not much of a fan of perceived, I guess. His cousin Sam, he understands though. Good old Sam. Knows to speak for him, seems to always know what he's thinking, know what he needs. Good old Sam never did any wrong by him. That's why Antoine is always happy to dawn the mask of his favorite mascot, and help his cousin clean up the town. Because at Meetz Meats, the Z stands for Family!

Introducing my Halloween Horror Nights OC: Moonbow the Lunatic

They're a mysterious cartoon-like entity who wants to spread happiness to the world, but unfortunately their idea of happiness is... twisted. They'll find any means to drag you into their rainbow wacky pomo Hell dimension and subject you to their corrupted versions of cuteness and whimsy, and they won't let go until they get a smile out of you.

They're meant to be a deliberately silly and satirical (but still affectionate) homage to creepypastas, mascot horror, horror fandom "Mary Sue" OCs, and the general concept of taking something innocent or fun and making it scary ("what if that kids cartoon was evil and fucked up???," etc.). They would star in a stage show called "Colors of Horror" and would perform alongside Hamikuma, because even tho they are their own thing, I was inspired by how Beijing (and, later this year, Singapore) had their own original creepy cute characters join Hamikuma when he started showing up in the other parks. Plus I just love Hamikuma so much. 🥺💗
