I superset it w/ 200 decline sit-ups. (So this means I split the reps up like this 10 sets of 10 with 100lb dumbbell bench press. In between sets (superset) I did 10 sets of 20 on the decline sit up). #PicturedAbove is my burn out. Did triceps, biceps and lower ab leg raises/crunches til failure... #If you are a beginner you can still do this just start with a very light weight until you get the hang of it. #BuildLeanMuscle #Hi5LeanAfterThisWorkout #Hi5Challenge #WOD (at Tysons Sport&Health)
