Reminder: Westallen Wedding Week Approaches

Hey, guys!

Just a reminder that westallen wedding week starts tomorrow! If you have any questions, just ask. Otherwise, hurry up & finish your submissions! I can’t wait to see what all of you come up with! :P

Some examples for the themes (if you’re still feeling stumped):

Day 1: Wedding Preparations – Cake tasting, choosing of the location, sending out invitations

Day 2: What’s in a dress - Wedding dress shopping, bridesmaids/grooms outfits, bride/groom novelty shirts

Day 3: Vows – How do you think Barry and Iris will go about saying their vows? What do they promise to each other?

Day 4: Bachelor/Bachelorette parties – Time for Barry and Iris to cut loose with their friends

Day 5: Wedding Traditions – choosing the rings, “something borrowed, something new, something old, something blue”, throwing of the bouquet, can’t see the bride before the ceremony

Day 6: Day of the wedding – moments before the ceremony, wedding day jitters, Iris being walked down the aisle

Day 7: After the wedding - speeches at the wedding dinner, honeymoon, being carried over the threshold, first morning waking up as a married couple

Remember, anything goes - fanart, fanvid, fanfiction, etc. Have fun with it!

Alright, here goes!

First up: Thanks to @westallenhugs‘ planning and promotion, Candice fans have raised over $5K for Girls Inc.! The eventual goal is $10K, and you can donate to any of the teams you find on the Members page. There’s fanfics, icons, shirts, and more that you can receive in exchange depending on whose page you choose to donate to!

Next: @fallinginloveinaflash has #JuneIsForCandice going, to spread positivity in Candice’s mentions for her birth month. This week’s theme is “Pets Are For Candice,” and you can see all the themes here.

Third: #ABiggerWorldForIris is an ongoing hashtag on Twitter, with no set rules other than tweeting @flashtvwriters and the individual writers with ways they can expand Iris’ world and story on the show!

Then: TV Scoop Awards nominated Candice for Best Dramatic Actress, so vote here!

Finally: Teen Choice Awards! The nominations came out today, so it’s time to vote for Candice 10 times a day here. You can also tweet for her using the hashtag #ChoiceActionTVActress

Where do i send the letter and what is the deadline?

There is no deadline, but try to send them by the end of next week (December 8th) so that Candice can receive them before the show goes on hiatus. The address is below:
