A floral twist on a classic latte, combining the tartness of hibiscus with the delicate scent of rose.

Ingredients: 1 shot espresso. 1/2 cup milk. 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers. 1 teaspoon rose water. 1 teaspoon honey. Dried rose petals for garnish.

Instructions: Over medium heat, bring the milk in a small saucepan to a boil. Put the dried hibiscus flowers in the milk and let them sit for five minutes. Pour the milk with hibiscus into a cup after straining it. Brew a shot of espresso and pour it into the cup with the milk that has been mixed with hibiscus. Add the honey and rose water and mix them together well. Before serving, sprinkle with dried rose petals.
