From finishing 3rd so many times I won this shirt as 3rd at a #soSWAT alleycat as motivation to keep going after that W. I don't understand the logic of why not give women the appreciation and respect that they're working as hard as the guys. Sure we have a smaller field but it's up to race organizers to show women they care and value us as equals and as athletes.
