Hidefumi Kimura / きむらひでふみ / 木村英文 Started his career as a mangaka in the mid-80s and worked a bit in the video game industry in the 90s while still doing mangas. Since the late 90s, he mostly works in the animation industry. He doesn’t seem to have an online presence. While his name is generally written in hiragana, I found it written in kanji in the 1994 artbook Sega TV Game Genga Gallery.
