I'm taking a break. The internet has my paranoia and psychosis acting up.
For the last four months my disability funding has been cut and in pending review.
I've been without all supports but my mum. No psychologist, no med reviews, no physical therapy, no occupational therapy.
I've been getting worse mentality wise, I've lost all interest in basically everything, I've become more snappy, more sensitive.
I'm in constant pain. This is misery.
My body is degrading, I'm scared of everything and my ptsd is set off by every little thing that could allude to it.
I feel like a terrible human being, my filter is broken and I speak my mind and say things when i shouldn't, I have little to no control on how I act currently.
That said, I feel like majority of people are despicable and far too capable of removing themselves from any sort of empathy or sympathy, and they scare the shit outta me.
With my pending review, I had a capacity review, and I guess the results left me feeling useless and a waste of space
(A lot of my capacity areas around the ages of 4-12 (All but my writing and reading, which is actually 20-21), this scares me and makes me feel less then human.)
So I'm going to have a break from social media.
I want to improve on my coping mechanisms, how I behave and interact with people, as well as how I express myself.
I'll try take 2 weeks off, coz keeping to my word about these things is really hard for me with my ADHD.
You know what they should invent? A app where you store all your social media so you're not tempted by it for a set amount of days. That would help lots.
