Tomb Raider 3 Remastered - High Security Compound:
"I warned you that you were gonna lose your weapons, just like in Tomb Raider 1 & 2, and this is the place where that happens. Fortunately, you aren't 100% vulnerable. You will have other prisoners who will help you out. This is one of my favorite levels in the game. I really like the concept of exploring a prison."

Tomb Raider 3 - High Security Compound (Nevada):
“Time to talk about my favorite level in the whole game...possibly. This is such a fun one. It has an interesting gimmick (Lara doesn’t have her guns, so she will need to get some help), you have this massive Compound to explore and some dangerous traps. This is Tomb Raider at it’s best, and I’m so here for it.”

TR3 - Nevada by DarkLara28
High Security Compound without saving completed, phew. On the first try, but I consulted the walkthrough a few times (I mostly knew what I was doing, but when you’re halfway through, you just don’t want to die because of something stupid like the water current).
I had to use three small medipacks! Near the end, of course. Had to kill that one prisoner too because I accidentally aimed at him and he went after me.
Oh also earlier that one guard you have to sneak behind - he noticed me when I was almost away and I freaked out so much! (You know, the usual “press Esc and take deep breaths or curse“ I could actually feel my heartbeat speed up XD ) But I ran away and he couldn’t follow so all was good.
It took me almost two hours (without like five minutes) but to be fair going to the menu doesn’t stop time and apart from checking the walkthrough I was also cooking so I had to run into the kitchen often (not often enough, I kinda burnt it... but still ate it...)
So yeah but Area 51 is next and I don’t really remember almost anything from this level only that it’s pretty deadly. There’s gonna be... lots of walkthrough pauses.
Funny thing happened at the beginning of High Security Compound. Reloading seems to fix the problem (though menu has a black background still). Maybe this is a hint I shouldn’t even try to complete this level without saving, so it robbed me of textures to make me get lost in the darkness. XD
But before most of the textures disappeared (second pic) they were switched in a rather pretty way (first pic). I mean for a prison cell, that’s pretty colourful!
