Catbells -  Maiden Moor - High Spy

Set off direct from Silver Hill, Lingholme and were soon up Catbells. We then continued on to Maiden Moor and up to High Spy. If we had more time we could have gone down the other side and back down the valley but decided to retrace our steps before descending of the west-side of Catbells. K had a nasty fall coming down Maiden Moor! New trekking poles required.
