amyway did i ever tell you guys about how my psychiatrist prescribed a drug that literally made me deprived of most of my teenage experiences and has me trembling at the prospect of nightfall and going out at nighttime

coming to the realization that i may be on the verge of an actual anxious breakdown and the sole reason for that is because i don’t have good people i can trust that i hang out with on a regular basis and the ones that don’t live near me i’ve either shut out or refuse to confide in in the interest of protecting them and putting their needs over mine so i’m really just sitting here watching my sanity / ability to handle the world chip away slowly and i don’t know how to stop it lmao
