Being able to do this work - helping women learn and embody self defense - is a sacred honor to me. I’ve never taken this role lightly. Neither has my partner in this work, Chris Natzke. Watching these brave #yoginis @oneyoga step into their ‘higher-self’ and release their power FULL OUT is a thing of raw beauty. These tigresses demonstrated pure #power from within and unleashed it.
