The Junkyard: Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure (2001)
The amount of detail in the junkyard is amazing! The creativity of the setting really comes through in the 'Junkyard Society Rag' scene, where the characters are showing Scamp around and telling him the rules. It makes for a surprisingly fun setting for a musical number, complete with the flashing light sign too! When I was a kid, I really wanted to play in there with the dogs.
