🔥I was asked the other day how I get energy to do all the things I do...🔥 Well, here’s my secret. 🤫 🤔Note this doesn’t substitute the hard work you have to put in to reach your goals, this routine is to ignite your physical body.✅ 🛑NEVER DRINK COFFEE WHEN YOU FIRST WAKE UP🛑 I normally drink 20 oz. of water 💦 when I get up in the morning. Your body is already dehydrated after sleeping 😴 6-8 hrs so let’s get that taken care of. While I’m drinking my water, I will take a B12 vitamin 💊 to ignite my metabolic engine. From there, my coffee☕️ is already starting to brew and I will stretch for about 5 minutes. 😣Because I’m normally sore from my morning workouts and I anticipate sitting at a desk all day, good posture and form is crucial to reduce cramping and muscle stiffness.😯 Plus, I feel less muscle fatigue and tenderness along with a higher ability to move.🧐 I HATE 🤬 FEELING RESTRICTED ⚠️ Within this 5-8 minute ⏰ window, my coffee is already done brewing, it’s had a chance to cool down, and I can start my day. The short amount of time I invest doing this does wonders for me... as a result, I can get my Gray House Consulting work done with no distraction, my gym 💪 workout 🏋️♀️ with no crowds, and get to work before it’s time to start with less traffic and ready to go.
