Prioritizing mental health -

I love myself so much. So, It has become a must. If I want to get better. If I want to succeed. If I want to maintain a healthy mindset, I need to prioritize my mind.

Right now, that looks like calming my nervous system and changing mindsets. What helps is reading, posting here, journaling, being around animals. I am lucky I have friends and family to help, plus health care professionals.

If you are also experiencing overthinking overload or life consuming anxiety or high highs that don't last long, leading you to really low moods seemingly out of nowhere. You're not alone. And this is a sign/reminder to take care of yourself, whatever that looks like for you.
