After starting my trip from Dayton, OH I came across an article on Facebook about @highnotecafe owner in Boise,ID watching @dominionmovement and deciding to change her entire menu to vegan overnight. Since being in Boise for a stopover I decided to try the MUFFULETTA sandwich and it was delicious.
