“Ah, Aizawa-san!” He chirped, smiling widely up at the (tired af) teacher with a very low hint of scrutinization in his polite looks. There was a brief moment of silence taken to examine him and his physical state, before the judgemental looks faded away and he opened the way for him to approach inwards.
“Please, take a seat!
I have something I’d like to discuss with you.”
The greeting was the same as usual, just generally as chipper as he would expect of the principal. The look he received, however, was one that he knew well enough that it made him straighten his posture a bit and lower his arm - though he did not move much beyond that until they seemed... done.
He let the silence be for the time being, but soon he stepped forward into the office and closed the door quietly behind himself. Stepping forward towards a seat, he - despite his tired state - sat without slumping as he normally might have done. He’s definitely conscious of the fact that he’s... in trouble one way or another. Nedzu knows him well by now. Aizawa knows them... well enough. “Yes?”

★—TEA. H’d actually said it!! The principal was preparing: tea. There was no playing evasive, now. He was in this for the long haul. Nedzu had a grievance, and he intended to articulate it. At length. The summons had been no practical joke; there was no gratitude nor admonishment to direct at an ill-intentioned youth, after all. At least he had acquiesced to the call with dignity and punctuality. ...significantly more punctuality than he could confess in his arrival to U.A. And therein likely lied the misdeed.
The principal’s diminutive grasp arranged the instruments of his conference, while All Might observed through faint fever chills. Was it the authoritative and candid use of his given name? Was it the implicit power of an individual heralded as an ‘employer’? No... While these factors were readily present within the blond’s thoughts, it was not the crux of his tribulation. For all the strength in all of the world was meaningless before a superior intellect and a keen analysis of another’s weaknesses. This inescapable truth resonated through his every cell - and that, he was certain, was the cause of his great discomfiture. The Pro Hero’s massive shoulders drew in ever so slightly.
『“...after all, you still got beads of sweat from your battles earlier!”』
Ah. So that was it. All Might’s smile did not lapse so much as it withdrew from the very edges of his jaw; an almost sheepish quality replacing otherwise unwavering confidence. The blond accepted the tea cup, and studied its contents while Nedzu elaborated his concerns. He wasn’t exactly a subtle figure as he worked, and so there was no means by which he could ‘sneak’ a victory or two over villainy. Receiving Nedzu’s admonishment had always been, only a matter of time. The blond inclined his head slightly, giving an informal, but sincere motion of apology.
❝You’ve caught me!!
I was compelled to stop a few times on my way. Again. Just as you said.
It isn’t a lack of priority to my duties here that bids me to act when I see a misdeed! But rather, I would feel remiss in my duties to the students here if I were to somehow turn a blind eye to grievances committed right before me.
...that isn’t to say you aren’t absolutely correct in your stance!
It just seems that I’ve always battled impulsiveness.❞
The blond resumed his study of the tea, before taking a bracing draw from the mug. His words were was something of a confession and a request for advice at once. Balance was a difficult pursuit for him, who tended to rush headlong - all or nothing. Acting under limitation or restraint was regarded as little more than a troubling obstacle to smash through, whether it was in his better interests, or not, to do so.
