Could you give me some Kibahina family headcanons?
KibaHina Family Headcanon #1: Kiba literally howled with joy when Hinata showed him her first ever positive pregnancy test.
It made Hinata blush and laugh, before pulling him into a ecstatic kiss. It killed both of them not to be able to tell anyone until the first couple months had past.
But they were so giddy and happy, and Hinata started to show a lot earlier than either of them expected her to. So people were getting suspicious. Especially with how Kiba would treat his wife like she was made out of glass at times.
And that joy didn't dip even when they found out the reason Hinata's bump had seemed so big.
Having twins will do that apparently.
KibaHina Family Headcanon #2: Hinata is objectively the best mum in her friendship circle.
Or rather she fell into the role of Mum the most naturally. All of her friends have tried to replicate the things Hinata seems to just do naturally and all of them have reached out to her for advice, which she is more than happy to give.
Along with a reassuring word that they're doing great as they are, this is just something she knows works for her kids, hopefully it'll work for yours too!
But it doesn't mean Hinata doesn't struggle. She does. Especially with the twins. They're wonderful and she adores them, but having two toddlers is a lot even for someone who did, objectively fit into motherhood all but seamlessly.
There's also the ever present fear that her trauma with her father will bleed into how she treats her children and the gargantuan task of her husband, is to kill that fear dead.
He manages it most of the time, but some fears are too deep to be completely eradicated.
KibaHina Family Headcanon #3: Speaking of parents.
Hiashi has absolutely nothing to do with any of Hinata and Kiba's children. He is not welcome in their home, and he is not to speak to any of his six grandchildren ever.
He came round to Kiba and Hinata's hospital room while Hinata was convalescing after the twins were born.
It ended poorly, Hiashi's sense of entitlement to his daughter leading the arrogant man to assume he would be needed in any of her children's lives. Especially with such a bad influence as Kiba as their father.
He said as much, and found himself pinned to the hospital wall by his neck, Tsume Inuzuka's fingernails digging into his pale skin, as the snarl that ripped through the head of Clan Inuzuka informed Hiashi that if he thought she would stand by and watch as he tried to ruin the lives of HER grandchildren ... he had another thing coming.
Hiashi never tried to contact Hinata or her children again. And Tsume never told her son and daughter-in-law her part in that.
