Hinanami - "The Girl at the Video Game Store" by Parry Gripp / It's about a dorky guy who falls for a girl who likes video games. That's it, that's the song and the ship. Lmao but seriously, it gives non-despair Hinanami to me.
Kuzupeko - "Only One" by Yellowcard / Listen, I don't even ship Kuzupeko, but like... "Scream my lungs out / and try to get to you" is so Trial 2, I can't help it.
Kuzuhina - "Your Man" by Smash Mouth / Really, this song works for most Hajime ships. I just think it's especially good for Kuzuhina because, while Hajime has his self-worth issues, I feel like Fuyuhiko has some, too. His are just slightly different. Like, Hajime is very "What do you see in me? I'm worthless." While Fuyuhiko is very "What the fuck do you see in me? I'm an asshole." Also, yes, I listen to Smash Mouth, fucking fight me lmao
Hinatsumi - "Just the Girl" by the Click Five / You could probably also see this as Kuzuhina, but there's something about lines like "She laughs at my dreams / but I dream about her laughter" and "Knows just what to say so my whole day is ruined" that just screams Natsumi to me.
Tsumioda - "Absolutely (Story of a Girl)" by Nine Days / This could be about any Mikan ship, really, but it gives me Tsumioda vibes. Or maybe I'm just trying not to use Hajime again. Idk.
Kuzuhina - "Head Over Feet" by Alanis Morisette / This is the quintessential tsundere love song. I played it at my wedding. It's Kuzuhina to me. Byeeee~ But seriously, "You've already won me over / in spite of me." It's my boy.
Oumota - "She's Kerosene" by the Interrupters / Again, this could be about any Kokichi ship. Something about it really gives me Oumota vibes, though.
"The Freshmen" by the Verve Pipe / This is such a a Danganronpa song. "For the life of me, I cannot believe we'd ever die for these sins, we were only freshmen."
"Cool Kids" by Echosmith / Very Hajime-core. The whole song.
"Fiction" by Orgy / Fitting for any of the survivors paired with anyone who died in the NWP. "She's lost in coma where it's beautiful / Intoxicated from the deep sleep, deep sleep."
"Policy of Truth" by Depeche Mode / This song is so V3, since that game really focuses on truth and lies. "It's too late to change events / it's time to face the consequence / for delivering the proof / in the policy of truth."
