30-MIN Hip Dips Workout | HIPS + BOOTY + LEGS
Hip dips are a normal part of your body’s structure. It's simply caused by the natural shape of your pelvis and is formed inwardly like an indentation on your pelvis.
And because it's associated with the shape of your bones, it's something which cannot be changed. Of course, while exercising to build muscle mass and reduce fat can help minimize the appearance of hip dip, it will not really make them completely go away. However, it's nothing a little workout session cannot improve!
This lower body workout focusing on your hips and glutes will help prove this and give you the best results possible. Good luck!💪❤️

‘One Insecurity’
I have double hips (or ‘hip dip’) which bothers me so much, I don’t feel comfortable in anything form fitting because it makes them so much more visible and I wish I could just take a suction device and remove all of the fat/muscle
hip dips are... so nice

The difference that feet placement and posing makes in a photo is crazy actually. I would call this an instagram vs reality photo or something like that, but when it comes down to it, standing in neither of these ways is natural for me. The main thing is, my body looks quite different depending on how I'm standing or posing in photos. And I'll tell you something, neither of these photos are a good representation of what I look like in person! It's so so important not to compare your body to someone else's, especially on the internet. I try my best to be honest and to share with you all on here because I know it can be so hard seeing so many beautiful girls on instagram who don't appear to have any flaws. To be perfectly honest, there isnt a single 'perfect', flawless person in the world. Everyone has imperfections. They're what make you unique. When you start thinking like that, is when you will be able to find some self love 💕💞💕💞💕
So I found out about dip hips/Violin Hips
And this is important to me, because for the longest time I just thought that my thighs were grossly large causing that perception of a dip or a muffin top. But it's not the case. I mean I do have largish thighs but they aren't why I feel fat. I have Violin Hips and that sounds pretty to me.
