And I’m not going to have enough sealing wax for all of them.

Cooling off
Fall time is prime hipster fashion weather. It accommodates the need to layer. Always. In Chicago, sweater weather hits, on average, in mid September. THE TIME HAS ARRIVED. Floppy sweaters, oversized scarves, skinny jeans and boot socks with an ankle lace up boot are a must do. This does have its downfall, however.
Boot socks are jerks.
Clientele inconsistency
*Walks into a trendy café around midnight*
Wow, oh my goodness, the amount is hipster-ness at this place is actually intimidating….
*Walks into the exact same trendy café at 8 in the morning*
Wow, oh my goodness, the amount of old business people in suits is actually intimidating…
Hipster Setbacks
Society: HEY!! EVERYONE!!! This one thing is really cool!!
Hipster: Pfff… yeah right, this one thing looks real dumb. I ain’t hoppin’ on no bandwagon.
*Six months later*
Hipster: Oh dang… this one thing is actually pretty cool…
hipster problems #3/?
finding cafes that appeal to myself is hard. especially when some people like to stereotype the constant 'oh she's a hipster that goes to starbucks'. like leave bucks alone tsk it's an easy place to grab a cuppa. some of my favourite cafes take quite some time to get to. and when i'm not feeling up to it, I'd rather take twenty minutes down to starbucks for a macchiato then forty-five minutes down to craftsmen's for a chai latte. It may be all syrups and sweet drinks but sometimes, when time isn’t on your side, you go for the most convenient option.
(meanwhile, I plan on going to try nylon coffee, my teacher recommended it to me when we got into a heated discussion about coffee and tea. said teacher insulted peppermint tea. mean tsk.)
