Limited willpower is a real thing! I experience it most days. 🙄 Thats when my @womensbest pre-workout helps! I tend to leave harder or more undesirable tasks, workouts and chores for “later”. And then I spend alllll day dreading it, avoiding it and then coming up with excuses to save it for tomorrow. Working out at home is no different. My motivation isn’t always high.
