If he had any cousins or nephews/nieces (he could have siblings, they’re just not mentioned) he’d be the tio to be holding the piñata while all the kids swung at it; would be extra a bit and get on top of someone car
He’s would always be invited to dance, especially when he was doing something else like talking with the elder or helping cook; someone would grab him to join everyone on the dance floor
He would be dancing with four different people at once; maybe his mom as well as two of his younger cousins who wanted to learn how to dance and then a older cousin who seemed bored
Would probably try to teach 1-A some Spanish by having the word for the day and everyone has to go up to him and use it in a sentence correctly
When Sero somehow gets angry and starts arguing slowly his accent will go away to a Hispanic accent and get heavier and heavier until he’s arguing in Spanish; though won’t cuss in Spanish since he wants to make sure you understand the curse words he’s saying
Would watch his Hispanic parent flip a tortilla with their bare hand on the stovetop burners, he’d try to do it put would burn himself or drop the tortilla
Has forgotten to certain words sometimes and would use the Spanish word for it, until he remembers or someone knows what he’s talking about
When he’s in his dorm at night, you can hear him talking Spanish while calling his Hispanic parent then switching language to talk to the other parent
Would gather with the other mixed ethnic students and cook food from their childhood or recipes they know then share it around with the other students
Doesn’t really like restaurants like Taco Bell or Chipotle, restaurants that advertise Hispanic food but isn’t really
On every major holiday, he’d FaceTime his family to tell them happy holidays
Everyone knows when Sero is cleaning his dorm room because they can hear Hispanic music playing and Sero singing along, he won’t hesitate to tie to anyone on the ceiling if they come in and try to turn down his music
Has taught the rest of the Bakusquad how to dance to some songs; just in case they ever gotten invited to his wedding when he’s older
If Sero is still sleepy he’d talk in Spanish so people don’t bother him
He would have the habit of making sure people ate, he’d serve them large portions to make sure they’re eating enough, would watch them to make sure they’re enjoying their food and eating everything, will offer to get them another plate; he just wants to make sure everyone is full
Would watch telenovellas in the common room or in his dorm room eventually has several people watching along in anticipation, they probably don’t understand what they’re saying but can see what’s happening
Has done some brujería things such rubbing a egg to his temple then cracking it to see what’s wrong, on New Years wearing certain colored clothing to indicate certain things for the future as well as walking around the dorms with his suitcase to indicate travel for the year, always cleans his room with the windows and doors open to get rid of the bad energy, etc.
Would also feel like he’s forgetting Spanish sometimes and would randomly say things aloud in Spanish and call his Hispanic parent almost every night to tell them about his day and to hear about theirs
-something different from what I usually do, but I don’t like seeing negative things about Sero being half Latino. Now back to the regular scheduled programming-
