This is most definitely one of those moments when you see your dreams come to life because you dare to chase after them. "La Broccolina" has been in my mind for the longest amount of time and today I finally see it happening: a vegan column in the FIU newspaper printing both physical and online plus a plant based talk show premiering next month. "La Broccolina" will focus on educating college/university students on veganism, animal rights, environmental rights and of course human rights. They all connect. Thank you to everyone that believed in the idea, and in the weird name! Hope you enjoy reading my column as much as I love producing the content.
