I snacked so much today lol
Choc almonds (135)
Veggie dumplings (250)
Coconut chips (96)
Nature valley bar (192)
Unpictured tomato soup n pasta (290)
Total = 963
Went on a 9km run too so minus like 600ish
Done ok considering I snacked early and that usually triggers a binge but I can't help but feel like i eat way too much. I just know my body can't do low restriction and my willpower is sooo weak. I do run alot but idk. Think I'll start trusting my body when it loses again bc this week's done some damage lol
