Thinking about telling my dad about watching Hitcher and then he goes

There was a point about half way through the film that I was dead convinced John Ryder had wiretaps or was perhaps supernatural. As I swear to god Jim stops for a second or speaks with anyone he’ll somehow be there… sometimes beforehand!

He was pulling Michael myers levels of bullshittery.

Sometimes he wouldn’t even do anything he’d just show up and leave, dramatic ass! 👏😭

This might just be because it was years ago and well before I watched the movie, but I remember watching a Kill count or a video like that for The Hitcher and it was Jim who was tied to the back of the truck? And during the day? He managed to get freed in time and then a ACTUAL kill with that method happened later on

Did I like entirely make this up?
